POSITION TITLE: Sales Representative
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative position involves the following:
- Managing existing accounts assigned with the goal of providing superb customer support and growing the amount of sales generated by an account. Making sure that customers’ needs, questions and issues are taken care of promptly and professionally
- Prospecting
- Effective Follow-Up on prospective customers
- Travel as needed to visit customers and attend offsite meetings and tradeshows
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Achieve sales related goals
2. Maintain very high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
COMPENSATION
Total compensation will be comprised of a draw and commission.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: At least two years experience in selling to senior management. Experience with dental product sales and the dental profession is a significant benefit.
Education: An Associates Degree or higher is desired
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Must be savvy in computer programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiar with using basic Internet browsing tools.
Familiarity with dental products and the dental profession is desirable.
Excellent time management and organizational skills are required.
Must be a self starter and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Good oral and writing communication skills required.
Must be a team player and be able to work in a group setting.
